ESL Camps in

Recruitment
Concerns:
Re: Visa Letters - we work with a company that prepares visa letters. Here is the procedure:
1) Potential students need to fill in an application for enrollment and send it to us and to you as the recruiter. We both need to keep a list of potential students.
2) We send them an offer of acceptance which will contain a 'form letter' they will sign and send back to us.
3) The students(s) send back the 'offer to study' letter, saying that they are accepting our offer. They send this with their full fees payment for 12 weeks of study (tuition) plus 12 weeks of home-stay payments, as such:
See costs page for fees and payment details
* You as the recruiter will keep $360.00 / student if you collect their payment(s) - and remit the balance of $5475.00 ($Cdn.)/ reg. ESL student and $5760.00/TEFL student candidate - remit to One World ESL School.
** If the students come through you but remit their costs directly to the school, you will be given a cheque for $360.00 / student.
4) Once funds are secured with One World ESL School and can be verified, the Visa letter(s) company will be given a list of names (and the contact information for the appropriate Embassy - you supply us with this contact info.). The Visa Letters Company takes it from here and makes contact with the Embassy on behalf of all the students who are intending to study at One World ESL School.
5) The students will be interviewed by the representatives of their country’s government. They will need to have with them:
* their documentation, i.e. (One World ESL School acceptance letters, receipts for tuition / Home-stay and other fees paid)., as well as their passport, medical report and other identification.
Re: The Purchase and Booking of Airline Tickets:
1) The recruiter (or the students) will be responsible for making all travel arrangements to and from Canada. Generally, the recruiter does this and books them all on the same flight to arrive in Toronto at the same time.
2) Once the flight info. is booked, the recruiter (you) will share this information with One World ESL School (me) and I will make travel arrangements for the students to come up to Peterborough from Toronto. * The students have already paid for this service as one of the extended fees (see above).
* One World ESL School will have a bus waiting for them at the airport when their plane touches down in Toronto. They will be delivered to the station in Peterborough, where their host family will have transportation and will be waiting for them to take them to their new Canadian home and family. * When it is time to go home, the host family will deliver them to the bus, which will deliver them to the Toronto airport in time for their flight. * Again, the students have already paid for this service with the airport transfer fee (see above).
Re: Recruiter Advertising Costs:
1) The recruitment company will cover all advertising and other business costs accrued with their end of doing the business of student recruitment.
2) One World ESL School will cover all costs accrued with doing business in Canada.
3) One World ESL School pays a straight
10% of tuition costs to the recruitment company for their services. * All
business expenses (advertising or otherwise) accrued by the recruitment company
is their recruitment company's responsibility and will be covered by the
recruitment company as the 'cost of doing business'.
